Avatar e Guerra ao Terror lideram com indicações em nove categorias; Bastardos Inglórios vem em 2º, concorrendo em oito.
Dirigido por James Cameron, “Avatar” se transformou no maior fenômeno de bilheterias da história do cinema mundial, e já ultrapassou a marca de US$ 2 bilhões em faturamento.
“Guerra ao terror”, dirigido por Kathryn Bigelow (ex-mulher de Cameron), teve uma campanha pequena nos cinemas, mas vem sendo muito premiado nos EUA.
